Partner Substrate (Partner Core License required)

The Partner Core License is designed for approved partners who want to deploy and operate Datagram substrate nodes (DCS) within their ecosystem. This license provides flexibility in scaling infrastructure and distributing rewards and is ideal for teams, ecosystems, and organizations managing large node deployments.

License Access

The Partner Core License is currently free, but it requires approval from the Datagram team. Once approved, the license holder can:

  • Set up and operate unlimited substrate nodes

  • Customize how rewards are distributed across their network

Reward Eligibility

Unlike Full Core License holders, partner license holders are only eligible for resource sharing rewards, not uptime rewards.

They receive a portion of:

20% of the 0.0625% of daily DGRAM emissions

This share is based on the amount of resource sharing (UDP, AI, TCP, etc.) their nodes contribute to the network.

Reward Distribution

Partner license holders can manage how rewards are distributed within their ecosystem. They can:

  • Distribute 100% of rewards to their node operators

  • Or retain a percentage for their organization and pass the remaining portion to their operators

This gives partners full control over their economic model and incentive structure.

Future Considerations

Datagram is considering allowing uptime rewards for Partner Core License holders in the future. This feature is not confirmed yet, but it may provide additional earning potential if approved.
