Node Sale Overview

When will the node sale take place?

  • Preferred whitelist node sale launch: TBD, only for preferred whitelisted users to purchase.

  • Whitelist node sale launch: TBD, only for whitelisted users to purchase.

  • Public node sale launch: TBD, for all users to purchase.

Where will the node sale take place?

The Datagram Node Sale will be conducted on the official website:

https://www.datagram.network/node-sale

Will the sale be accessible from other platforms?

Both the whitelist and public sales will be available directly through Datagram’s official website. However, selected partnered launchpads may host the sale on their own websites. If you participate through a partner’s launchpad, the front-end and purchase process will be managed on the partner’s platform.

How many Full Core node licenses are available?

The initial number of Full Core node licenses available for purchase is capped at 25,000. There are no plans to expand beyond this allocation for at least 12 months following the launch of the node sale. This cap is designed to preserve scarcity, promote a healthy ecosystem, and maximize reward potential for early participants.

If network demand significantly exceeds current capacity, additional infrastructure may be introduced through a temporary staking mechanism. This mechanism would allow for the creation of new nodes by locking tokens, enhancing network performance without permanently increasing the supply. This approach ensures that network growth remains responsive and sustainable, while protecting the long-term value and utility of the initial node licenses.

How do I know which tier is currently ongoing during the node sale?

The node sale is conducted on a first come, first served basis. On the node sale page, you will be able to see all tiers and their respective tranches.

Each tranche is clearly labeled. As long as a tranche is not marked as “Sold Out”, it is available for purchase regardless of whether it is in the current or a higher tier.

How many nodes can I purchase?

To ensure fairness, participants will be subject to a maximum number of Full Core nodes they can purchase during the whitelist phases:

Tier 1: Standard

  • Tranche 1: Up to 2 nodes

  • Tranche 2: Up to 2 nodes

  • Tranche 3: Up to 4 nodes

  • Tranche 4: Up to 4 nodes

Tier 2: Enhanced

  • Tranche 1: Up to 5 nodes

  • Tranche 2: Up to 5 nodes

  • Tranche 3: Up to 10 nodes

  • Tranche 4: Up to 10 nodes

Tier 3: Prime

  • No purchase limit

Once the whitelist phases end, both existing and new participants will be free to purchase nodes from any available tier or tranche during the public sale phase, subject to availability at that time.
