Desktop (Full Core License required)

The Full Core License is required to operate a Datagram desktop node and participate fully in the earning structure of the Datagram Network. This license is ideal for users who want to earn from both node uptime and resource-sharing activities. It offers maximum earning potential within the system.

License Activation & Duration

The Full Core License must be purchased after the testnet phase via an official Datagram node sale. Once purchased:

  • The license is locked in your Datagram account wallet for 365 days.

  • After the lock-in period, it becomes transferable.

Reward Eligibility

Holders of the Full Core License are eligible to earn from 50% of daily DGRAM emissions, divided into

  • 80% allocated to uptime rewards

  • 20% allocated to resource sharing rewards

This means a Full Core node can earn rewards for both being online and actively sharing network resources.

Uptime Reward Calculation

Uptime rewards are based on how long your node stays connected compared to total network uptime. The formula is:

(Your Node Uptime / Total Network Uptime) × 80% × 0.0625% of daily DGRAM emissions

This rewards users for consistently keeping their node online and contributing to network stability.

Resource Sharing Rewards

The remaining 20% of the 0.0625% of daily emissions is used for rewarding resource sharing:

  • Datagram will calculate the value of shared services like UDP, AI, TCP, etc.

  • That value will be swapped into DGRAM tokens and distributed to node operators accordingly.

If the shared rewards exceed the available daily allocation, the difference is covered using a Special Rewards Pool.

Special Rewards Pool

Any unused resource-sharing rewards are transferred into a reserve pool. This pool is used when future daily emissions are not enough to cover the total rewards with Full Core License holders.
