Full Core License (FCL) and Tier 2 & 3 Capsules

To claim a purchased Datagram Full Core Node License and Tier 2 & 3 capsules, follow the steps below:

Account Verification (KYC) is Required to Claim a Datagram Full Core Node License

Datagram Full Core Node Licenses can only be claimed by Datagram Accounts that have completed and passed KYC Account Verification. If you have not yet completed this step, please refer to Account Verification Guide (KYC).

  1. Verify to claim: Only verified accounts are able to claim a Full Core Node License.

  2. Buy nodes: If a user does not own or would like to have more Full Core Node Licenses, they can click "Buy nodes" to navigate to the official Datagram node sale website.

Step 1: Access Full Core License Claiming

  • Verified account: After a Datagram account has been verified, the "Verify to claim" button will update to "Claim nodes".

  • Claim nodes: Clicking on "Claim nodes" will open a modal to start the process for claiming purchased Full Core Node Licenses.

Step 2: Select Wallet Address to Claim From and Claim To

After completing account verification (KYC), click on "Claim nodes" and a popup check the connected wallet to confirm if any nodes were purchased with that wallet.

  1. Claim from: Connect any wallet used to purchase Datagram Full Core Node Licenses. If multiple wallets were used to purchase Datagram Full Core Node Licenses, you can repeat this process after each completed claim.

  2. Claim to: By default, this will be set to the current Datagram account wallet address. But the CLAIM TO address can be updated to any Datagram wallet address.

Rules for claiming Datagram Full Core Node Licenses

  1. Licenses can only be claimed to Datagram account wallet addresses (external addresses such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet will not be accepted)

  2. After successful claim, the license will be locked and non-transferable for 1 full year.

Step 3: Select Nodes to Claim

After connecting a wallet to claim nodes from and confirming the Datagram wallet address to claim nodes to, the next step is to select from your available node licenses to claim. After selecting nodes to claim, click "Continue" for the claiming summary before submitting and completing the claim transaction.

  1. Group interactions:

    1. Select all: Click on this to automatically select all available nodes to claim.

    2. Clear: Click this to automatically unselect all previously selected nodes.

  2. Subtotals: Displays the subtotals for each Tier of nodes currently selected for claiming.

  3. Available nodes: Custom select nodes from each available Tiers and Tranches. Any nodes not selected for claim can be claimed at another time to the same Datagram wallet address or to another Datagram wallet address.

  4. Total: Displays the total amount of nodes currently selected for claiming. Quantity of nodes available to claim per transaction may be limited, see below for details.

Step 4: Review Claim Details & Submit Claim

After connecting a wallet to claim nodes from and confirming the Datagram wallet address to claim nodes to, the next step is to select from your available node licenses to claim. After selecting nodes to claim, click "Continue" for the claiming summary before submitting and completing the claim transaction.

  1. Back: Click "Back" to update nodes selected for claiming.

  2. Transaction details: Displays the subtotals for each Tier and Tranche of nodes currently selected for claiming and also total amount of nodes to be claimed.

  3. Transaction fee: Fee that is required (in DGRAM) to submit the transaction to claim the selected nodes. If the Datagram account wallet does not have enough DGRAM for for the Transaction fee, the claim cannot be processed.

  4. Claim nodes: Click to submit the transaction to claim the selected nodes.

Step 5: View Claimed Node Licenses

After successfully claiming nodes, navigate to dashboard > nodes to view nodes claimed.

  1. Total full core nodes: Total number of Full Core Node Licenses claimed to this Datagram account.

  2. Active nodes: Total number of nodes currently connected to the Datagram Network.

  3. My nodes: List of details and status of nodes owned.

    • Node ID: Unique identifier for each Full Core Node License.

    • License key: Unique identifier for each Full Core Node License used to setup a Datagram node on a VPS.

    • Node name: Custom editable name used to identify and differentiate nodes.

    • Total uptime: Total confirmed uptime of each node.

    • Uptime % (coming soon): Daily uptime % calculated as:

      • Actual node daily uptime / Possible node daily uptime

    • Earnings: Total DGRAM earned by each node.

    • Status: Connection status of each node:

      • Connected: Connected, earning uptime, and eligible to earn for sharing resources.

      • Disconnected: Disconnected, no sharing, not earning.

    • Action: Manage Full Core Node License connections.

Step 6: View Claimed Capsules

Successfully claiming a Tier 2 or 3 Full Core Node License will also automatically airdrop a corresponding capsule, navigate to dashboard > rewards > capsules to view capsules claimed.

  1. Capsule rewards: To view all available capsules claimed to an account, navigate to dashboard > rewards > capsules.

  2. My capsules: Lists the details of all available capsules.
